Codec Developers

As described in the Technology section of this website, CodecSys selects from a library of optimized codecs that are utilized in a best match, frame-by-frame process as content is being compressed. The CodecSys technology is based upon an open framework that was developed to be regularly replenished with new codec implementations. This evergreen platform adapts rapidly as new codecs or specialized codecs are developed and added to the codec library. We are constantly on the lookout for best-of-breed specialist codecs that are available to license and deploy in our constantly expanding library. We are continually testing new codec implementations for possible inclusion in our expanding codec library. This approach provides an opportunity for codec developers to deliver their work into the marketplace and become an integral part of this new paradigm shift in the compression world.
